In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Western District on March 15, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 30-year-old Reginald Peay of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that Peay shot and killed 35-year-old Lenora Alston while on the 1000 block of Fulton Avenue, just after 2 a.m.
Peay, who was being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility on a handgun violation, was officially charged with first-degree murder on March 21.
Reginald Peay is currently being held without bail.
