On July 19, at approximately 2:37 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department responded to North Hilton Street at Phelps Lane, for a report of a pedestrian struck.
Once there, officers located an adult male victim, unresponsive.
Medics arrived to the location and pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
The driver of the striking vehicle did not remain at the location.
Crash Team investigators are investigating this incident.
