A 63-year-old man was arrested by Baltimore police for the murder of a 53-year-old woman on Sept. 21.
The Baltimore Police Department reported the arrest of Bruce Poole, 63, after the murder on the 2100 block of Kloman Street where Kelly Logan was found on lying under the railroad tracks.
Investigators believe Poole fatally stabbed the victim, Logan, during a domestic related dispute on Sept. 21.
Bruce Poole was arrested on Sept. 22 while in the 6000 block of Park Heights Avenue.
Following his arrest, Poole was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
