The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the arrest of a 15-year-old male from Baltimore, who is charged with attempted murder for his alleged involvement in a shooting on Sept. 27, in the Eastern District of Baltimore. Upon responding to reports of an attempted armed robbery, officers discovered the victim, a 41-year-old man who had been shot by the teen near the intersection of Kennedy Avenue at Homestead Street.
