Detectives Take Control of Non-Fatal Shooting Investigation Involving Walk-In Hospital Shooting Victim

On July 14, at approximately 12:37 a.m., Baltimore County officers responded to an area hospital in Baltimore County to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, Baltimore County officers observed a 22-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his lower leg. Baltimore County officers notified Northwest District ahooting detectives, who then responded and assume control over this investigation. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 3400 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway.
