Detectives Seeking Information in Shooting Homicide of 19-Year-Old

On April 9, at approximately 2:31 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 1600 block of Chilton Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located 19-year-old Donovan Flood-Mims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he later died.
