Homicide detectives with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are investigating a murder that occurred on Feb. 13.
On Monday, at approximately 5 p.m., officers responded to the 900 block of McKean Avenue for an individual who was lying in the street.
Upon arrival, officers located 29-year-old Brandon Watts who had been shot in the neck.
The victim was transported to Shock Trauma where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
Detectives have yet to identify a suspect or determine a motive.
