Detectives Launch Investigation into Fatal Stabbing on Port Street

On Feb. 27, at approximately 6:26 a.m., Eastern District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 800 block of Port Street for a call for a cutting.

Upon arrival, officers located 54-year-old Terrance English unresponsive. The male had what appeared to be a stab wound to the body.

Medics transported the victim to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control of the investigation.
