Panel attorney Andrea Jaskulsky rejected a life plea for murder on behalf of her client on Dec. 12 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Defendant Gregory Young, 45, is charged with first-degree murder, firearm use in a felony violent crime, and possession of a firearm with a felony conviction in connection to an incident that occurred on Aug. 19, 2021.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, Young was arrested and charged with the murder of 47-year-old Terry Lewis on the 5100 block of Reisterstown Road. Lewis died from his injuries on March 20.
All parties will reconvene for trial on July 17, 2023, before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer.
