Defendant Accepts Plea Deal for Non-Fatal Shooting 

A 33-year-old Baltimore man involved in a non-fatal shooting was sentenced to time served before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Videtta A. Brown on Oct. 6. 

Terrence Darcel Marrow is charged with having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, having a loaded handgun in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm in Baltimore City in connection to an incident on March 21. 

On Aug. 30, Marrow pleaded guilty to having a loaded handgun on his person in connection to the case.

The plea was for 18 months in prison suspending all but time served for having a loaded handgun on his person. Under the plea, the defendant must undergo 150 hours of community service.

Marrow was represented by defense counsel Warren Brown.
