The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting around 3:06 a.m. on June 25.
According to the news release, officers in the area of the 700 block of South Charles Street heard multiple gunshots. Officers were called to the 800 block of South Hanover Street when officers arrived at the scene, they found 22-year-old Devin Nathaniel Brown suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Medics transported the victim to shock trauma, where they were later pronounced deceased.
