In regards to the death of 6-year-old Brian Graham that occurred in the Northwest District, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested the child’s mother, 34-year-old Jalesia Offer, and 34-year-old Brandon Wheatley, the mother’s boyfriend.
On Aug. 22, the Medical Examiner’s office ruled the death of Brian Graham to be a homicide caused by blunt force trauma.
Offer and Wheatley were transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were both charged with first-degree child abuse resulting in death.
