The case of a Baltimore man involved in a non-fatal shooting was called on Nov. 23, but counsel for the state and the defendant were not present before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn

The 26-year-old defendant is charged with possession with an intent to distribute drugs, drug distribution with a firearm, having a handgun on his person, and discharging firearms. 

He was charged in connection to an incident on March 3.
