Assault, reckless endangerment, and seven firearm-related charges against a 44-year-old Baltimore man were dismissed on Dec. 20 at Baltimore City Circuit Court.

The non-fatal shooting defendant was charged in connection to an incident on June 9, 2021.

On Monday, the prosecution moved to dismiss all charges against the defendant but did not discuss why.

Judge Melissa M. Phinn approved and the charges were dismissed.
