Central District Teen Suffers Gunshot Wound

On Sept. 22, at approximately 8:13 p.m., Central District officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert and a call for a reported shooting on the 900 block of East Chase Street. 

Once there, officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Central District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
