On Sept. 3, at approximately 12:50 a.m., Central District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department were on routine patrol when they heard discharging in the area.
Officers canvassed the neighborhood and located a blood trail on the 1700 block of Fleet Street. Officers continued their search and located a 34-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds at the intersection of Orleans Street at North Central Avenue.
Medics arrived to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
