A 33-year-old man charged with a shooting was not heard in reception court as scheduled on Sept. 1 at Baltimore City Circuit Court.
The defendant is charged in connection with an incident on June 10. He is charged with illegal possession of a firearm, having a loaded handgun on his person, having a handgun on his person, discharging a firearm in the city, and illegal possession of ammo.
The Maryland Judiciary has not yet posted his next hearing time, as of Sept. 1.
