An attempted murder defendants’ case was not called during reception court on March 2 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.

Matthew Lipscomb, 28, is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, having a handgun on his person, use of a firearm during a violent crime, and two counts of possession of a firearm with a felony conviction in connection to an incident on March 1, 2017.

According to the Maryland’s Judiciary website, Lipscomb’s next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 19.
