The case of a Baltimore man charged with attempted first-degree murder was not called during reception court on Feb. 7 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M.Phinn.
Gerrod Maddox, 48, is charged with attempted first-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, use of a firearm during a violent crime, reckless endangerment, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun on his person, and discharging firearms in connection to an incident on Jan. 13, 2021.
According to the Maryland Judiciary website, Maddox’s next hearing is scheduled for June 8.
