BPD Takes Over Reisterstown Road Shooting Investigation

On Oct. 7, at around 2:56 p.m., Baltimore County officers responded to the 7000 block of Reisterstown Road to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital to receive treatment for his injury. While on the scene, officers were notified of a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital, officers observed an 18-year-old male suffering from several non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.  

Further investigation revealed that both victims were shot on the 7000 block of Reisterstown Road.

Baltimore County Police conducted the initial investigation, and upon further review of the location of the initial incident, Baltimore City Police is taking over and continuing the investigation.
