On May 18, at approximately 12:27 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to the 6900 block of Moyer Avenue in reference to discharging in the block.
Upon arrival at the location, Baltimore Police Department officers located evidence on the scene of gunfire but no victims.
Officers learned the suspect’s description and on May 21, officers arrested 50-year-old Scott Brooks.
Investigators found that Brooks shot at a 22-year-old male while on the 6900 block of Moyer Avenue following a dispute.
Detectives transported Brooks to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
