Blood Trail Leads to a 51-Year-Old Man Suffering from Gunshot

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late evening of Sept. 15. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 1700 block of Asquith Street around 10:29 p.m. for a shot spotter alert, where a blood trail was found leading to a home on the 1700 block of Lamont Avenue. A 51-year-old man was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
