A 17-year-old homicide defendant’s trial was scheduled for May 2023 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Robert Jordan is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm during a felony violent crime, possession of a firearm as a minor, and having a handgun on his person in connection to an incident on April 25.
On Oct. 3, Jordan and his defense attorney Brian Levy rejected a plea of life, suspending all but 60 years with five years probation for first-degree murder; 20 years with the first five years without parole for use of a firearm during a felony violent crime, the charges are set to run concurrently.
Jordan’s trial is scheduled for May 17, 2023. It is expected to last 8 days.
