A 39-year-old Baltimore man accused of attempted murder rejected a plea offer of two years with three years supervised probation on Jan. 14 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer.
Eddie Buckley is charged with first and second-degree attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, use of a firearm during a violent crime, reckless endangerment, and possession of a firearm with a felony conviction in connection to an incident on Feb. 5, 2021.
On Friday, Judge Schiffer listened as the prosecutor presented a plea of 15 years suspending all but two years with three years supervised probation for possession of a firearm with a felony conviction.
