On June 15, 2021, at approximately 11:42 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 5200 block of Belair Road, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located two adult males suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body.
Medics transported both victims to area hospitals where 24-year-old Cyril Lynch later died.
