The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting on Dec. 13 near Washington Boulevard at Monroe Street.
According to a news release, officers were called to a hospital around 11:15 p.m. and found a 26-year-old man with gunshot wounds. The victim told police that he was shot around Washington Boulevard at Monroe Street.
