The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting late Monday night that left one man injured.
According to a press release, officers were called to the 4700 block of Wrenwood Avenue around 11:50 p.m. on May 24 when they found a 17-year-old man who had a non-life threatening gunshot wound on his upper left leg.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital, police said.
After speaking with the man, police learned he was shot in his car while stopped at an intersection in the 800 block of Belgin Avenue. When he heard a gunshot, the man drove away and, shortly after, realized he had been shot.
