Baltimore Police have identified the man killed in a shooting last week on North Hilton Street.
Around 3:30 p.m. on April 29, police went to an alley in the 200 block of North Hilton Street where they found Fernando Rouse, 48, with a gunshot wound. A press release states, he was taken to a nearby hospital and died a day later.
