The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late evening of July 22.
According to a news release, officers were called to an area hospital around 11:15 p.m. for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment, where a 29-year-old man was found suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot to his thigh.
The victim told officers that he was walking in the area of York Road and E. 39th Street when he heard gunshots and soon after realized he was shot.
Northern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2455 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
