On April 27, the Baltimore Police Department arrested Pierre Orlando Foster, 28, for a fatal shooting that occurred on April 23.
According to a press release, Foster was found four days later on the 5400 block of York Road, police said. He was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility.
Around 7:25 p.m. on April 23, Northern District officers responded to the 4600 block of York Road, where two men, ages 32 and 38, were shot. Both men were taken to local hospitals; however, 32-year-old Dayvon Mason was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. The other victim sustained non-life threatening wounds.
Foster is facing charges for first-degree murder.
