Baltimore Man Charged in Daughter’s Shooting

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Southwest District on April 14, investigators have arrested 40-year-old Kelvin Evans of Baltimore.

Officers on the scene quickly learned that Evans shot his 21-year-old daughter at their home in the 2100 block of W. Mulberry Street, following a dispute.

Officers transported Evans to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
