A 34-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 60-year-old man on May 22, 2020.

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Terrance Carter, 34, after the incident on the 4200 block of Norfolk Avenue, where Steven Lamont Clark Sr., 60, was found suffering from a gunshot wound.

Investigators believe Carter shot and killed Mr. Clark following an argument on Norfolk Avenue.

Following his arrest, Carter was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
