A 38-year-old man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a 31-year-old man on July 11.

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Rooney Poudyel, 38, after the incident on the 2900 block of O’Donnell Street around 2:58 a.m., where a 31-year-old man was found suffering from a graze wound to the arm. 

Detectives believe Poudyel fired several shots on O’Donnell Street, grazing the 31-year-old male victim.

Following his arrest, Poudyel was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
