A 19-year-old Baltimore teen accused of attempted murder had his hearing postponed until September before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn on Aug. 24.

During court proceedings, the prosecutor said he did not have a plea offer for the defendant, noting the defendant’s upcoming hearing before Judge Jeannie Hong for an October probation violation and another for a carjacking case.

Dominic Noble, represented by defense attorney George Harris, is charged with first and second-degree attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, attempted armed robbery, robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery in connection to an incident on June 18, 2021.

Noble’s next hearing is scheduled for Sept. 15.
