A Baltimore woman accused of attempted murder was not given a plea offer on Feb. 7 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.
Shabraya Lee, 20, is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, use of a firearm duting a violent crime, reckless endangerment, having a handgun on her person, having a handgun in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm within Baltimore City in connection to an incident on Aug. 28, 2021.
On Monday, Judge Phinn listened as the prosecutor requested a two week postponement after several attempts of trying to contact the victim and his family.
According to CBS Baltimore, on Aug. 28, 2021, at approximately 1:40 p.m. officers were called to the 9090 block of Valley Street for a Shot Spotter alert, where they found a 33-year-old man suffering from a gunshot to the leg and hand.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Lee’s next hearing is scheduled for March 8.
