According to CBS Channel 13, officers were called to the 2300 block of Perring Manor Road around 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 20 and found a 26-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman had been shot.
Both victims were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
Myers’ trial is rescheduled for Dec. 12.
