The arraignment of a 29-year-old man charged with attempted murder was rescheduled on Feb. 21 when he was not transported from jail to Baltimore City Circuit Court for the proceeding.
Jarrell Carter was scheduled to appear before Judge Melissa Copeland on Tuesday afternoon to address the charges against him, including attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and seven weapons charges in connection to an incident on Oct. 10, 2022.
His hearing was postponed to March 30.
The Maryland Judiciary website does not list a defense attorney for Carter.
