The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a double shooting in the afternoon on March 18.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 500 block of South Charles Street at approximately 1:59 a.m. for reports of a shooting, where they found an 18-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, both victims were suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The medics took the victim to an area hospital for treatment, where the 20-year-old victim died shortly after.
