Since July 22, 2021, Baltimore Witness has reported 71 homicide and non-fatal shooting trials in the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
The majority of trials were for homicide with 31 guilty verdicts and 16 not guilty verdicts. Baltimore Witness reported 12 total non-fatal shooting trials, consisting of three guilty verdicts and nine not guilty verdicts.
An additional nine trials ended in mistrials, while three trials being dismissed before reaching a conclusion.
