A 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a non-fatal shooting in February.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, Baltimore resident Ronald Green allegedly shot a 23-year-old man after an argument on the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on Feb. 5
Following his arrest, Green was taken to Central Booking and charged with attempted first-degree murder.
