The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the early morning hours on March 12.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to an area hospital at approximately 2:23 a.m. for reports of a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment, where they found an adult man suffering from a gunshot to the hip.
Western District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. Investigators obtained information that the shooting occurred in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue. Anyone with information is urged to contact investigators , at 410-396-2477,
