On Jan. 25, Baltimore Police Department detectives arrested 20-year-old Keondre Harris of Baltimore.
Detectives believe that Harris was involved in the shooting of a 22-year-old male on Jan. 18, on the 200 block of North Conkling Street.
Detectives transported Harris to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder and additional charges.
On Jan. 18, at approximately 12:51 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 3500 block of Pulaski Highway for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 22-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Investigators learned the shooting occurred on the 200 block of North Conkling Street, where a crime scene was located.
