On Nov. 15, at approximately 9:39 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers were patrolling the 2000 block of West Pratt Street when they heard discharging in the immediate area.

Upon canvassing the immediate area, officers observed three males, ages 20, 26 and 27, suffering from gunshot wounds on the 2000 block of West Pratt Street. Officers on the scene administered life-saving measures to the victims on the scene by applying tourniquets to all three victims. Medics arrived and transported the victims to an area hospital where they would receive treatment for their injuries. The 20-year-old male has been listed in critical condition, and the 26-year-old male and 27-year-old male were listed in stable condition.

Once arriving at the area hospital, officers were advised that a fourth victim, a 20-year-old male, had walked in who was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
