Hospital Reports 19-Year-Old Shooting Victim in Eastern District

On July 13, at approximately 1:24 a.m., officers responded to the 2700 block of East Federal Street to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located evidence of a shooting but did not locate any victim(s) in reference. Moments later, officers received a call for a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital and responded to that area hospital.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 19-year-old male suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds to his thigh.

Eastern District shooting detectives with the Baltimore Police Department responded and assumed control over this investigation.
