On Feb. 17, at approximately 3:39 p.m., Eastern District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were on routine patrol when they heard gunfire in the area.
Officers canvased the location and located a 31-year-old female, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds in the 1100 block of North Luzerne Avenue.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
