The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is investigating the non-fatal shooting of a man that occurred in the afternoon of Dec. 20.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 1000 block of W. North Avenue at 3:15 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where a 34-year-old man was found suffering from a gunshot to the torso.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Central District shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2411.
