The Eastern District of the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are investigating the shooting of a 21-year-old male on Nov. 7.
On Monday, at approximately 10:04 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 3100 block of East Monument Street for a Shot Spotter alert.
Once they arrived, officers located the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
