A 41-year-old man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a 53-year-old man on April 17.
The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Calvin Hemphill Jr., 41, exactly four weeks after the incident on the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at 8:49 p.m. where shots were fired and a 53-year-old man was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Investigators believe Hemphill shot the 53-year-old male victim on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Following his arrest, Hemphill was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
