19-Year-Old Baltimore Man Pleaded Guilty to Armed Robbery

A 19-year-old Baltimore man accused of attempted murder pleaded guilty, accepting a plea of 3 years with two years supervised probation on May 12 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge John Addison Howard

James Servance was charged with four counts of first and second-degree attempted murder, four counts of first and second-degree assault, four counts of use of a firearm during a violent crime, three counts of armed robbery, three counts of robbery, reckless endangerment, three counts of theft less than $100, possession of a firearm as a minor, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, four counts of conspiracy to commit first and second-degree assault, four counts of conspiracy to commit a use of a firearm during a violent crime, three counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery, three counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and three counts of conspiracy to commit theft less than $100 in connection to an incident on Nov. 9, 2020. 

Judge Howard listened as the prosecutor presented a plea of 10 years suspending all but three years with two years supervised probation for armed robbery. 

Servance and his defense attorney, Roya Hanna, accepted the plea. 

According to court documents, on Nov. 9, 2020 around 8:35 p.m. officers were called to the 300 block of South Monroe Street for reports of armed robbery.
