The Balitmore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the late evening on April 3.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 2500 block of W. Patapsco Avenue at approximately 11:18 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where they found 22-year-old Troy Gross suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to Shock Trauma, where he was pronounced deceased.
Homicide detectives responded out and have assumed control of the investigation. Detectives believe this incident spurred from a family dispute that escalated into gunfire.
